We are an English education company in Haikou, Hainan province. Hainan is a gorgeous and interesting island province and it is one of the most attractive living, working and traveling places in China.

With the aim of providing the best English teaching to local Chinese kids, we have started up our children English training center in Haikou in January 2018 and have a bunch of classes at the moment.

We welcome anyone from English speaking countries who is passionate about living in china for a part of his/her life and working with children.

*Passport holders/citizens of the UK, Australia, New Zealand (these   three countrys' citizens preferred) US, Canada, South Africa. ONLY; with a neutral accent*

Job details:

-type of job: full time

-location: Haikou city, Hainan province (5 minutes to CBD, 8 minutes to the beach)

-start date: ASAP

-work time: 3pm-9pm on weekdays and 9am-6:30pm on weekends(2 hours lunch break)

-workload:18 teaching hours/ week, office time fixed

-Work days: 5 Monday Tuesday off.

-Students: 3-14 year olds

Your main responsibilities:

1. plan classes and provide records;

2. conduct English lessons independently;

3. conduct monthly assessment, finish students’ assessment feedback;

4. participate in parent’s meeting give feedback;

5. participate in mini situation, campus dancing, family days activities.

What you can get:

-salary: 15k-18k rmb/m(1800USD-3000USD) and 150 rmb/ hour (22 USD) for extra work based on experience and competence

-KPI Performance bonus:1000 RMB

PS: If you have passion and confidence in Teaching English to young learners, it does not matter if you do not have previous teaching experience as we provide full training before you conduct the lessons.

There might be more marketing work for you to do at the reduction of lesson planning and teaching time, but that mainly depends on your appearance, skills and willingness to accept that duty
