Foreigners who are employed by enterprises in Guangdong Province.
WHEN YOU ENTER HK, the HK Imgration wil give you a small square white paper, prinited out from their computer, with your entry information written on it. PLEASE KEEP THIS PAPER & give it to me. I will need this to apply for your Z visa!
2. Documents Needed:
a) Application form
b) Valid passport or other travel documents (the passport must have at least 13 months validity and with at least two blank visa pages)
c) Passport photo x 2
d) Work permit issued by authorized departments of prefecture-level cities or above in Guangdong (such as Human resources and social security bureau, foreign expert bureau, etc.) (外國人就業許可證書)(ORIGINAL)
e) Invitation letter from company signed by principle (學校邀請信校長簽名)(ORIGINAL) as well as business license copy(學校法人營業執照) ,The organization code certificate of China Company(組織機構代碼証) (COPY)
f) Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit (外事辦邀請函)(ORIGINAL)
3. Duration of procedure: same day
4. Important Note: Documents in Foreign language(except English) must be translated into Chinese by qualified translation institutions.
You can pick up same day for this visa.
You need to enter China within 5 days since visa issued.

For applying on weekdays:
Meet before 10:00am. Pickup around 6:30-7:00pm.
For applying on Sat:
Meet before 7:00am, pick up around 2:00 – 2:30pm.
You have to enter through Luohu border in Shenzhen.
Then you may go to another city from Shenzhen.
