Thank you for contacting us. We can obtain Chinese authentication on your document in approximately 9 – 12 business days starting the following business day from receipt of the document. This estimated time frame is made under the assumption that there are no delays or backlogs with the appropriate departments and embassy and does not include mailing to and from our office. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION:

The Chinese Embassy requires that the client complete an application form. Please fill out either section 1 or 2, and sections 3 – 6, of the G1 attachment and send it along with the other necessary documentation. You may leave section 5 blank.

What you would need to send us:

• Completed order form (see attached)

• Original document

• Completed G1 form (see attached)

• A passport copy of the individual completing the G1 form

• A prepaid, self-addressed, return FedEx, USPS, or UPS envelope/label (please do not list our address as the sender)

• Please keep a note of the tracking number on the return prior to mailing everything to us. We recommend obtaining a tracking number on the return so you are able to track the whereabouts of the package once it has left our office. But, we are not responsible for obtaining a tracking number if the return has been sent to us without one.

• We can arrange domestic or international return mailing via USPS or FedEx on your behalf. Please inquire if interested. Additional charges will apply.

• A money order or check payable to US Authentication Services, or include your credit card information on the order form (subject to a 4% credit card processing fee)
